Service took way longer than what was told to me. No one bothered to keep me informed of what the delay was, so I was late to an important meeting. I recently had a serious issue with my 2021 Traverse. I took it to Fred Anderson Chevrolet service department. Although it was the week of Easter and they were very busy ZACK the service manager listened I took it to Fred Anderson Chevrolet service department.
