He periodically sent me emails asking me if I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle. When I was ready, I contacted him. Don made the car buying experience enjoyable. He was honest and listened to what I had to say regarding what type of vehicle I was interested in. When I told him I had a trade, he did a brief appraisal over the phone and then asked me to bring my vehicle in to be appraised. What surprised me was they offered an excellent price for my trade! I have been to a few other dealerships (in which I won't name), and they tried to low-ball me. Don allowed me to pick out a few vehicles I was interested in and test drive them. When I found the one I was happy with, we finalized the deal. Although I spent a considerable amount of time at the dealership because they were very busy that day, I didn't mind because everyone was kind and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Don stated everything that we needed to do up front. There was no haggling over price. I can't express enough how honest this dealership was. This was actually my best car buying experience EVER! I didn't feel like the sales people were pressuring me or trying to make me buy something I really didn't like or want. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Croix, VI at the time, I was able to easily do the credit app on line and have my wife meet with Earl and test-drive the Hummer. Earl was very friendly and helpful in explaining the in and out of the Hummer to my wife so she was able to give me the details I needed to make the decision to go forward to purchase the Hummer. I traveled home a few days later and traveled to the dealership to find that every thing that Earl said would be done was and the Hummer was ready for pick-up. During the finance process we ran into a small problem which was not related to financing. I was under some pressure to close the deal that day because I had to leave in two days for Mississippi to attend two weeks of training for my company and we were closing the deal on a Friday. Ed was able to work thru the problem with the bank and get us a better lending percent rate at the same time. Due to the savings we were able to purchase a extended warranty for the Hummer. Earl explained the operations of the Hummer to me in great simple details and I drove our new Hummer home. My experiance driving the Hummer tells me that we made the right decision to purchase this type of SUV and buying it from Bradshaw Chevrolet could not been any better. More

Took me inside while I got my car appraised and within 30 minutes the offer was on the table, with a little discussion we found the total price I could afford. I loved being able to search for cars on-line through Auto Trader. Bradshaws listings were very detailed and when I found two prospective vehicles, I went strait to Bradshaw and spoke with Earl.
