I was lied to about my truck, it sat for 2 and a half months without getting fixed. They blamed it on the UAW strike. The parts they say was missing, I found them myself from another dealer. I did not like the hidden surprise with the $50 charge for shop fees, afterl paying close to $700 in labor cost then to come and hit me with these misc fees was an insult. I was told when I dropped car off on a Monday that I would get an update every Tuesday and Thursday and it would be done by the end of the weekend. Never updated me on those days. Would call on a Friday would get an update every Tuesday and Thursday and it would be done by the end of the weekend. Never updated me on those days. Would call on a Friday to ask what update is because my rental only lasted til that Friday. Becky told me she was waiting on insurance. So I get a rental another week and ask update again next Friday. Becky says same thing - waiting on insurance. It took them 3 weeks just to tell me they can’t fix my car because it cost 3 times the amount insurance said it would be. When i picked car up, car looked worse than it did when i dropped it off. On top of all of this, Becky was very rude and unprofessional every time I called. She didn’t even say anything to me when I came to get my car back! I told the man that gave me my car back that I was very upset with the whole experience and I wanted to talk to someone about it. He didn’t care what I had to say and he walked away. I will never do business with Fred Anderson again. More
