Truck was brought in at 8am for 10am appointment and picked up @ 4pm without work completed. No one called to let us know system was down and that they was unable to complete the recall work. A step was overlooked in the initial repair of my car when new intake manifold was put in place. A cover had warped when car overheated, and the oil plug was not properly inserted. The dealership accepte when new intake manifold was put in place. A cover had warped when car overheated, and the oil plug was not properly inserted. The dealership accepted no responsibility. I had to pay an additional nearly $500 because of the oversight. I don't plan on ever using this dealership again. More
