After having a pretty negative experience at the local CDJR dealer, I thought I would try car shopping at Gem Mazda. As I parked and began walking towards the used car section, Caleb Hannah came right out CDJR dealer, I thought I would try car shopping at Gem Mazda. As I parked and began walking towards the used car section, Caleb Hannah came right out and greeted me. I told him that I was there to see a particular used car they had advertised, and he directed me right to it and began telling me the history of the car, how the dealership came into possession of it, and other useful/important information about the car. Caleb did this off the top of his head. I was in a hurry between work meetings and Caleb did not waste my time. He offered me a quick test drive and was able to provide a very fair "out-the-door" offer, which after consideration later that afternoon, I accepted. Caleb arranged financing and made the entire process as painless and pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend Caleb and the Gem Mazda team to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Camry from this Dealership on 1 March. I wanted to commend Michael, Tim, and Rod, for providing Outstanding Customer Service from beginning to end! They were very professional and courteous and made you feel like they really cared about what you were looking for in a vehicle, and they weren't just going through the motions. The purchase was very quick and didn't take hours to complete. I am a Veteran and they let me know they appreciated the sacrifices I had to make while serving. All three professionals are my idea of what a sales team should be. I think they should be recognized for their efforts and if/when I buy another vehicle in the future, this Dealership will be one of my first to go to for the buy because of these outstanding individuals!!! What a dream snap decision because these people don’t haunt you, not pressuring; they are professional and listen to your needs and are there to help! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Briannah, my happy, patient and caring salesgirl, Tim, Chris and also the service staff, who I had a short connection with. The Sales team is great to work with- honest and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager, Charlie Williams is very friendly and followed up with me personally about a request. Chris Koromvokis, the Finance Manager, makes the buying experience a breeze.
