Service Representative Brad G is the BEST! Regardless of the reason for my visit - I am never disappointed. He is always friendly, honest and goes above the call of duty. the reason for my visit - I am never disappointed. He is always friendly, honest and goes above the call of duty. More

Matt, Steven, Travis, and Alex all helped out and Colby made sure I was greeted quickly. Finance has great options on warranty bundles and couldn’t have been better! More
They had a 2019 Jeep Cherokee listed for 27,500 on cars.com so I emailed them about it and they promptly called me. After taking some basic info, the guy sent me a link to fill out to appraise the van cars.com so I emailed them about it and they promptly called me. After taking some basic info, the guy sent me a link to fill out to appraise the van we wanted to trade in. My appraisal came back close to what KBB rated it at. So we set a “VIP appointment” for the following Saturday. I was told that it would be a quick process and the salesperson would have our info and the car would be ready to test drive. When we arrived the sales guy that greeted us had no idea who we were and after he talked to the sales manager, he was to take care of us. After taking down the same info I gave the guy on the phone we test drove the car. It was dirty and the oil hadn’t been changed. When we discussed numbers they offered us $7,000 to $9,000 below what had been discussed before for our trade. They also had a long list of dealer add ons that equaled several thousand dollars. We told them no to all of the unnecessary add ons and there was also a maintenance fee for $1600 and the guy said they put over $3000 in work on a 2019 with 19000 miles that is still under factory warranty. So that was a lie. We called their bluff so the sales manager said to “you gotta help me out” by buying the unnecessary add ons that would bring the price up several thousand dollars because the price they listed it at was below retail and was basically saying that he couldn’t sell it to us for what they listed. Bait and switch is how they operate and should be avoided More
I’m an upcoming college student in need of my very first car and I was recommended to go to this dealership, specifically for Jeff Long! Jeff was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and HONEST with me all thro car and I was recommended to go to this dealership, specifically for Jeff Long! Jeff was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and HONEST with me all throughout the entire process of checking out a couple of models of cars, to pulling out the lot with a brand new car. As a customer purchasing their very first car, Jeff also reassured me and answered any and all questions I had for just about anything through the process. This is a real and genuine salesman and although the drive from Arnold, MO to Hazelwood was a long one…IT WAS 100% WORTH IT. Highly recommend this dealership and I most definitely recommend going to Jeff! More
am so furious at this dealership!! Do not go here if you don't have a male with you....or if you want a car that isn't a total piece of crap. My wife went up there with our daughter because there was a vehi don't have a male with you....or if you want a car that isn't a total piece of crap. My wife went up there with our daughter because there was a vehicle I was interested in and I had to work. First of all...the way they treated her was absolutely ridiculous. The salesman Uther Williams had no interest in actually listening to what my wife had to say, and instead TOLD her what she wanted to spend and what kind of car she should actually be in. It got to the point where she finally asked for our keys back, and dude refused!! My wife felt like she was being held there against her will. In addition to this, this dealership also lied about how much our trade in would be worth. On the phone it was with 11k but when she got there it was suddenly with 8k. And then the car...oh man the car.. Based on the description it appeared to be a good looking vehicle at a decent price. WRONG...the vehicle was a total piece is xxxx. No where in the description did it mention there was body damage or that it had been in an accident. Uther assumed that since my wife was alone she would just take his word that it was no big deal. Well I had her take it to a mechanic and he was shocked they would even be selling something in such bad condition. Legit had damage everywhere! Funny how that didn't show up in their photos. Uther wasn't happy and told my wife that he was just lying to get her business. Ok bro. Then he tried to put her in a brand new car and would not listen. She said no approximately 6 times and still he insisted. My wife said it felt like car dealership xxxx. That's messed up man. Uther apparently has never heard of term no means no. Without a doubt one of the worst experiences ever and we will never.ever.go back there. And no joke, he's lucky I wasn't there. Because I'm not nearly as kind or polite as my wife. It would have gotten ugly quick. You've been warned. If you choose to go here be prepared to be treated like a piece of crap. Unless you're a dude, then you'll probably be fine. More
