I was looking for a 2011-2012 Hyundai Elantra. I tried Suntrup Hyundai and Auffenberg Hyundai and neither were as friendly and as helpful as Kelly was at Mungenast. Everything was very honest and straight forward and i left with a great deal. Later I found out that there were many things that the dealers at Suntrup lied to me about. I will NEVER go there again. Mungenast will always be my first choice. The day after I purchased my car I had to go back up to Mungenast to bring back my extra key and the stock horn for my old car. Kelly saw my new car had gotten dusty and offered to run it through the car wash for me. It's the little things that count and it was really impressive to see a company take such good care of their customers. Especially a car dealership. It seams that dealership are known for trying to rip you off or take advantage of you in one way or another; that may be the case with Suntrup but Mungenast just may be the diamond in the rough. More

Dave Mungenast Hyundai has an exceptional sales team that go above and beyond for their customers! We had the pleasure of working with Greg Kuhn today. He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the high quality of the Hyundai car lines. He, along with John Plumley, worked with us on the price of our trade-in to get us in the monthly payment price range we needed to be within in order to purchase the new vehicle. They were very organized and efficient in the pricing offers, no long and drawn out haggling process. Greg also stayed after we finalized all the paperwork, after the dealership had closed, just to go over the owners manual and set up our phone with the Elantras' bluetooth system. He also made sure we knew how to operate all the controls on the car. We would highly recommend to anyone to go straight to Dave Mungenast, and especially ask to see Greg Kuhn, when they are looking to purchase a vehicle. The new dealership I had service at was Mungenast Hyundai at 649 Dunn Rd. I have to say the the new building is beautiful, very clean, bathrooms wonderful, lounge/waiting area extremely comfortable and nicel at 649 Dunn Rd. While waiting, the first thing I noticed was the advisors coming out to each person and showing them their tire alignments and alerting customers to problems. I only heard one person not neading an alignment in the room. One man could do without, but there was a small problem that should be attended to sooner than later. So the advisor talked him into the work. Hmmm, wish I had paid more attention Before I told my advisor to go ahead with the alignment. To the tune of one hundred dollars more I now owed on my bill, when I was expecting to come in for a 20 dollar oil change with my coupon. I imagine that the tire alignment is standard procedure for the dealership, but I have to wonder if it is being done to bring in more money to pay for the new building. This experience will definitely make me rethink where I will get my next car maintenance. I have limited funds, so actually having to pay out another hundred dollars today now makes it impossible for me to stop at the grocery store on my way home. Check book now on E. The service advisor was really very helpful and personable, but when bringing me to the cashier and asking that I make sure and give the dealership a 10, I really felt insulted. The form that is stapled to the front of your service bill is really quite adequate and not as tachy as being asked. So all in all, the work was done well, my car washed and I opened my door and got in. While driving home I looked at my door panel, and right there was a big greasy handprint on my leather door panel. Lovely! How do I remove that? More

I am so happy with my purchase, that I can't stop looking at my car. Weldon and the guys at the dealership were great. I have to be honest and say that my husband and I were tempted to purchase the Kia Opt at my car. Weldon and the guys at the dealership were great. I have to be honest and say that my husband and I were tempted to purchase the Kia Optima on 30 minutes before we came to Dave Mungenast. Our experiece at the Kia dealership was horrible. They were quite rude and unwilling to sell us a car once we realized that a lease would not be the best thing for us. We were already pre-approved and everything and ready to purchase instead of leasing. They spoke bad about our trade-in and made us quite uncomfortable. They never tried to sell us a car. The blessing about that horrible experience is that when we came to Weldon and the finance manager they were more than willing to sell us a car. In fact the finance manager found us a better loan with Hyundai and my payments are perfect. Plus I still am getting a sunroof, that will be installed on Monday. The process was long, but it was so... worth it. Thank you Weldon for making us feel at home. I am excited to drive my car and tell everyone that Dave Mungenast is the place to shop for a car in North County. Everyone was very friedly and helpful, even Ms. Jackie, who works at the front desk. One week ago today, I purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from the Mungenast Dealership in Hazelwood, MO. I was pleasantly impressed with EVERYONE at this dealership. Starting with Joe Michalski, he Hybrid from the Mungenast Dealership in Hazelwood, MO. I was pleasantly impressed with EVERYONE at this dealership. Starting with Joe Michalski, he helped me pick which car and options would best suit my needs - with no pressure! He was very easy to talk to, get along with, and instantly felt like a friend instead of a salesman; I knew I could trust him immediately. Joe also answered every question and was eager to find the answers if he were unsure or wanted to double check. To be completely honest, Joe was the only reason I came back the next day to purchase my car. Secondly, I met with Eric Krumm, who helped me work out "the numbers" from my trade in to let me know if my new car were in my grasp. He had his computer monitor facing out so we could both see and I knew I could instantly trust him as well. There aren't many dealerships who would let you see their monitor and what they're doing to try to help you! Eric was also very laid back, upfront, and honest. No gimmicks or pressure from him either. Next up, while waiting for some paper work, I met with Katy Fritsche from service and we had a very nice conversation about Hyundai and the powerful strides forward they've made. She was also very friendly and answered every question I had. Katy put my worries at ease when she explained the Hyundai warranties and her history of driving this brand. Then, I met with Jim Robishaw in F & I, who was a little intimidating at first, but I quickly learned he was treating me like one of his own children and was just trying to look out for me and my safety, which really touched my heart and made me feel well taken care of. At this point, I knew everyone at the dealership really had and will continue to have my best interests at heart. Lastly, I met with Kelly Sullivan who really took the time to sync my smartphone to my car and show me how everything works. She was very thorough and was laid back when I made a few mistakes! For all of these reasons I would highly recommend the Mungenast Hyundai Dealership in Hazelwood, MO (might I also add that the dealership itself is completely spotless!). Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. There were no gimmicks, pressure, or hidden anything. I am extremely happy with my Hyundai purchase and will be a repeat customer in the future! More

Had to make a quick call to the wife to see if she was OK with purchasing the vehicle. Buy closing time that evening I was signing the paper work for my new (to me) Toyota 4Runner!
