On the test drive he showed me important features and gave me tips for owning this vehicle. He was very relate-able and knowledgeable even with being new to the Sales position. John was also helpful in finishing my deal and offering me what I needed out of my trade-in in order to make my purchase. Everyone followed up and made me feel as if I was their most important customer. I am happy with the new car purchase I made and I'm definitely recommending Dave Mungenast Hyundai to my friends when they are considering buying a car. More

We knew what we wanted when we walked into the dealership, but were still shopping for the right dealership. We had also already test driven a Sonata the week before at a different dealership. All employees at Mungenast were most helpful with all of our questions and progressed through the whole process, including financing, with seamless ease. Kelly responded immediately to our Sunday late night email inquiry. She had the car we requested ready when we arrived for our appointment and graciously worked with us on our desire to maintain our identity privacy until we absolutely were ready to buy and sign the papers (this was not a "done deal" when we walked into the dealership). We felt she was honest and enthusiastic as she lead us through the test drive explaining the features thoroughly and answering our endless questions backing many up with documentation. When she did not know the answers, she brought others into the conversation to answer them. John Plumley, sales mgr, was crisply dressed, very friendly, enthusiastic, looked us straight in the eye and helped us cinch the deal with the trade in value that we wanted. Jim Robishaw, finance, quickly obtained our credit report and a GREAT loan rate. Jim explained the warrantee packages to our satisfaction. Jim was also fresh in his appearance and friendly, but best of all, he worked with confidence and could "chat" as he processed the paperwork for us. Paperwork is just too much--that is our only complaint, but that is not a reflection on Jim. Still, the paperwork got done so quickly that the service department was still cleaning up our new car when we were finished with the deal. Kelly then introduced us to Mike Odle, Service Mgr, to have him address some other questions. Mike was also friendly and eager to help. Katie Fritsche, service, worked with us on scheduling our first appointment explaining how it works. All personnel had good attitudes and were friendly and eager to help in any way. Kelly was our sales agent from the (beginning) email to the (ending) programming of our phones with our new Sonata GLS. Our new Sonata looked great when we got it. Kelly even gave us a couple of cloth bags to gather belongings from our old car for transfer. We appreciate the total experience at Mungenast Hyundai in Hazelwood. Their very new facility seems to be state of the art and is comfortable, clean and organized well. More

The car I wanted was not in stock so Charlie worked put in countless time and effort and contacted me every step of the way until he was able to track down my vehicle. There would be a total of complete 5 stars for all categories but I did have a few hangups on the overall purchase but nothing that wouldn't stop me from recommending it to another person.
