She told me she could get me into a new one for not much more than a used one. She shot me some prices and on Saturday we went in and drove one, liked it, liked her price and Greg Patton assisted her since she was off that day to complete the deal. It was easier than any deal I have ever made. I hate buying cars and it was a great experience and when I tell my friends the deal I got they all said they would be interested in buying from Kelly in the future. More

Great! Went with the "idea" of buying new car.. wasn't pressured.. wasn't influenced in any way whatsoever.. Karen Gaglio was excellent .. spoke w/her before my visit and she was intent on knowing MY needs about my car prior to my visit.. and all via email .. options, finance, etc... when I changed my mind on model once I got there .. she absolutely was just as knowledgeable about the needs on the car that I checked out).. she absolutely had no issues with me changing my mind on model, options, etc. As a matter of fact, I appreciated more the fact that she didn't have an issue or pressure me on the sale of a car with the higher price!! She was excellent in the fact that she was more intent on meeting MY needs rather than making the extra buck! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Karen and will recommend her to friends in the future!! Mungenast couldn't have done a better job on making what's typically a painful experience most excellent! More
