Experience this time Normally I am in and out for an oil change, but this time I went ahead and released another car, which was good. I do love the car. The only thing was the experience with the dealing of the car. It took way to long to make the deal. I sat there for 5 hrs and that is very unacceptable. I do understand that they may have been busy but people were in and out of their all day and there I sat. I understand that it wasn't totally the salesman's fault, but still come on. I looked over many times in the sales managers office watching the sales manager and the other salesmen cutting up and laughing. No, this is a place of business when you have customers waiting you get them taken care of as fast as you can and then and only then after you have taken care of the customer and you have free time should you cut up and have a good time. I was very disappointed this time with the way I was taken care of. More
