Jason Elder - service manager - went above and beyond in making me satisfied with the quality of work and commitment. While being serviced, he put me in a new Genesis - HELLO!!! - I traded in the Sonata on a 2015 Genesis and am literally in LOVE with this car. I have NEVER purchased from a dealer - always too afraid I'd pay too much - intimidated by possibly paying more than I could elsewhere. Mark the service manager gave me an amazing deal on my trade as well as the purchase price - Weldon my salesman went crazy overboard making sure I was happy - in a GOOD way. I can't say enough good things about Dave Mungenast Hazelwood. I've never had nice things to say about dealerships because of my lack of experience with them - but Mungenast changed that!
