This by far was the easiest car purchase I've made. I knew exactly what I was looking and what I was willing to pay. Greg Patton (sales person) didn't waste my time trying to up sell. He didn't have on the lot what I exactly wanted. But within a short period he found the car meeting what I had told him. No crazy back and fourth getting up and down talking to some one. After we had talked he brought over a sales manager(Eric Krumm) again not a lot of the usuall back and forth. He knew were I was at and I knew were they were at. Needless to say I bought the car. The whole process other then paper work was less the 60 minutes. Kelly Sullivan set every thing in motion. She was great with the on line questions I had and was there when I picked up the car. I could not be more happy with the whole process and I will be back in the future for car buying needs. More
I went into the dealership to have the battery checked on my vehicle. While I was waiting, I looked around the showroom at the new cars. Mr. Henry approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I told hi my vehicle. While I was waiting, I looked around the showroom at the new cars. Mr. Henry approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him "no, I was just looking". He stayed with me and we talked about the cars and admired them. Then I told him that my next car would be a hybrid. He asked if I wanted to go look at the hybrids. Since I had time I went with Mr. Henry. There was a beautiful red hybrid that I thought was absolutely the next car I would want. He asked if I was interested if he could put me in that car for the same or alittle bit more money. It doesn't hurt to look, and besides, I already had a great car with just 24,000 miles on it. The rest of the story, he put me in the car for a few dollars more and when they came to tell me my car was ready in service, I told them I had turned it in. We all had a good laugh. Mr. Henry was polite, listened to me, did not oversell, told me the vehicles really sell themselves. I have been back to the dealership about another purchase and Mr. Henry always comes to greet me and ask me about my vehicle. When I bought my vehicle he was a new employee and I think he will have a great future selling, especially a great car like the Hyundai. More

I had a good experience with Mungenast Hyundai. They were willing to meet me on price and the post buying experience was excellent. The dealership definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you are sat willing to meet me on price and the post buying experience was excellent. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Mungenast Hyundai on 12-28-12. When I was at the dealership I asked repeatedly about the reviews of subpar mpg and was told there was no problem with the adver Hyundai on 12-28-12. When I was at the dealership I asked repeatedly about the reviews of subpar mpg and was told there was no problem with the advertised mpg. When this car was brought around, I noticed there was a jumper cable set up next to the battery. When I inquired, I was told that they only had the car for a couple months, but cold drained the battery. When I inquired about the 500+ miles this 'new' car had on it I was told it was from test drives. After getting home, I discovered numerous discrepancies with the free trial dates for Blue Link and XM radio. Upon investigation I was told that the vehicle was previously SOLD in September, taken home, and was returned weeks later. I inquired about the low mpg I was experiencing several more times during my first week. When I filled up my gas tank for the first time on 1-6-13, I showed an average mpg of 27.74. Obviously this is FAR from the advertised 37 combined mpg. That night I discovered that on November 2, 2012 Hyundai was informed by the EPA that their advertised MPG estimates were wrong and that they were required to change the window stickers on all effected cars. Hyundai America sent emails and internal documents to their dealerships telling them to comply with the EPA's instructions. I also received my final loan/registration paperwork which stated my car was delivered to the dealer in June 2012. So, I have found out that: 1) The dealer failed to uphold Hyundai America and the EPA's mandate for changing the window sticker on Nov 2, 2012. 2) The dealership lied to me about the 500 miles. 3) The dealership failed to disclose that the vehicle was previously sold and returned. Therefore, the vehicle was not brand new as was told to me, but was an 'Unwind' Vehicle. 4) The car was on the lot far longer than was disclosed which will contribute to part degradation, excessive wear/friction, and premature failure. This is especially likely if it had been in a salt water environment like being shipped across the Ocean from Korea. When I made the dealership aware that I discovered their lies/fraud they told me that instead of considering any of my requested settlements that they were going to cancel the sale and give my trade back. They emailed me again the following day trying to set up a time to exchange cars. This was almost two weeks after I purchased the car and the transaction was already completed. There was no way that the dealer could one-sidedly cancel the sale. This was yet another attempted illegal trick on their behalf. I presume the dealership realized their illegal activities because they immediately sent it to their internal lawyer. I have since been given regular doses of lies and treated like an idiot. The dealership admits to not changing the stickers and selling the car, yet denies doing anything wrong. I started a BBB complaint in early January. The dealership failed to respond to the BBB’s notices for over a month. When they did finally reply, they refused to disclose any information. Both actions are a direct violation of the BBB’s bylaws. This matter is ongoing. I fear I will have to resort to a lawsuit to get it resolved. I do not recommend this dealership to do their illegal activities, unethical business practices, and horrible customer service. More

The price quoted by Louann was better than expected and lower than online quotes received from other dealerships and lower than the bottom line price listed by Consumer Reports. I was further surprised by the number of incentives and rebates available. Louann was straightforward, honest, and no games were played. Much, much better overall experience than what we have encountered at other dealerships in the past. The process couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommend!! More

This was my first purchase of a Hyundai and my first expereince with a Hyundai dealership. For the past 35+ years, I have driven either a Porsche, BMW or Infiniti.
