I have never experienced such chaos! . I made an appointment over a month ago for today and called several times before the appointment and left messages and no one EVER CALLED ME BACK! S . I called 5 times to check on my car and got hung up on 5 times. No one ever sent a message to me about my car. When I get there, they are not sure if my car was logged in or not. My car was checked in for a part failure, to repair the glass on the passenger side view mirror and an oil change. The mirror was nor fixed because the communication was not relayed. Now, as I leave the dealership, my check engine light was on in which it was not before as well as the airbag light. I brought it back and the service guy simply said that it just was not turned off. The light was Never on!!. He turned the light off and stated it should be fine. Went to get gas and the light came back on. Now I am furious! I have already been made late to getting on the road for 5 hours. I bring it back and Got attitude from Jim. The service manger had them take the car back into the shop and wouldn't you know it they forgot to tighten some switches! They were willing to have me drive an unsafe car just to get me out of there. This is not the first time they forgotten to tighten something. About a year or so ago came in for a tire rotation and they did not tighten the wheels. Started driving and the wheels became wobbly. I will not take my car back to them. I am extremely frustrated with them! More
Worst Hyundai dealership in the entire St. Louis area. Cars are junk. Follow-up, follow-through, and customer service are non existent post-sale. BEWARE. Multiple interactions with the service department (if you can even call it that) and it's basically non existent. And, they don't care. More

Kept the Van for 29 days and gave us back a broken car. Age discriminated and called us and our Van "Old". Charged us 1500.00. Gave us our Van with a door ajar, dome lights flashing, door alarms ringing, a Age discriminated and called us and our Van "Old". Charged us 1500.00. Put on a part that won't work because their service dept. broke another part while installing an actuator that helped make the sliding door work. Then they claimed we knew the other door part was broken and "lots of people pay for parts that won't work?!" Then wouldn't fix the Van. STAY AWAY!!!!!! More

Everyone we encountered during the service of our Tuscon was amazing! I was unable to get my vehicle in to service shops near me, but Napleton had availability that same week! Jim Twinning was very helpful, was amazing! I was unable to get my vehicle in to service shops near me, but Napleton had availability that same week! Jim Twinning was very helpful, knowledgeable and had great communication throughout the entire process. He made sure to check our warranty and found out our vehicle met the warranty coverage requirements. He then made sure to book us a rental car near our home so we weren't stranded for 2 weeks. After the work was completed on our vehicle, the rental car company tried charging us out of pocket. The Service Manager, Jesse, immediately handled the situation for us. We appreciate the pleasant experience we had from start to finish, at Napleton. We live closer to 2 other Hyundai service shops, but from here on out, we plan to drive the 30miles to have our vehicles serviced at Napleton. A+ Customer Service! More
