We bought our third Land Cruiser from Chuck Ralls and Greenville Toyota and we couldn't have had a better experience. As of today my experience at Greenville Toyota has been positive. I was able to get into a new car with basically the same payment as my previous car which was a lesser model of the same car. Compared to my experience in the purchase of my previous car at another Toyota dealership the experience was much better. The customer service was better and there was a willingness to deal with me which I did not experience at the other Toyota dealership. I feel like everything was explained to me and the staff did what they could to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. More
I purchased a used Volvo from this dealership after finding it through Autotrader. Todd was extremely friendly and personable. The overall transaction process was smooth. The following day I called the volvo dealer for more information on the balance of the warranty and learned the vehicle had been in a wreck which wasn't on the Carfax and it exceeded the 25% threshold for damage notification ($14,000 damage on a $20,000 car). Needless to say this wasn't disclosed during the purchase. After notifying Todd i was passed onto the used car sales manager, DJ who was a total jerk. In a nutshell he said they weren't aware of any damage and i was on my own. Long story short after contacting the Attorney Generals office and obtaining proof of the damage they reversed the deal and took it back. Considering they're supposed to inspect all vehicles thoroughly before resale they failed horribly. I just hope they updated the title and passed damage info on to the next buyer. More

I went to look for a new car and one of the places I stopped at to look at cars was the Toyota dealership in Greenville, NC. I was really reluctant to go there because I have heard so many negative opin stopped at to look at cars was the Toyota dealership in Greenville, NC. I was really reluctant to go there because I have heard so many negative opinions on the dealership, particularly with service. I digress, this review isn't about the service. I was approached by a salesman before I exited the car (literally had one foot on the ground, still in my seat). I asked him to see particular model but he was unsure if they had any on the lot (huh??) so then he took me around. I mentioned another car I wanted to take a look at, he brought me to it however he didn't offer a key to open it up or anything. He didn't bother trying to tell me about the car, nada. We just stood there while he started asking my financing information. I told him I was already taken care of, which then he continued to ask "through what bank/credit union, APR, loan amount." CALM DOWN, I just wanted to look at a car that you don't even have here on site. Oddly, he kept looking around like he had better things to do. Really??? There was no one else on the lot trying to buy a car. Then he "realized" he didn't have the car I wanted so he brought me to another model however he didn't say "well, I can tell you what's different/similar" or "we can get you any car you want" or anything! The whole ordeal lasted less than 10 minutes but by the end I was so annoyed that he was *so* unhelpful. He wasn't terribly rude and not pushy, but I am trying to give you money for a car! Needless to say, I left the dealership, headed over to the Honda place and was greeted and welcomed by more helpful people. Needless to say, my next car will be a Honda. More
