Greenville Toyota wrote on 11/6/2012 5:00:50 PM: Ms. Simons, I just had my service manager pull our records. Your Rav was brought to us at 9:31 am and your ticket was finished at 11:18am. I agree in that is to long to have you guys to wait for an oil change when you had an appt. We are going to make some adjustments on our end, particularly on Saturdays, to try an avoid this type of issue in the future. While we certainly are not perfect we do strive for 110% customer satisfaction. If there is anything that I can do on my end or if you would like to deal directly with me when it's time to make an appt. I will be happy to help you through the entire process to assure things go smoothly and quickly for you. Ask for me directly when the time comes please. However when I was told my vehicle was ready and went to the cashier and checked out I went to retrieve my vehicle however it was still on the rack and had to be washed and vacuumed.
