I bought my first Toyota from Greenville Toyota and Byron Tyson was my salesman. That was 13 years ago. I still own that car. I purchased my second toyota from Byron Tyson and I told him when I purchased it Tyson was my salesman. That was 13 years ago. I still own that car. I purchased my second toyota from Byron Tyson and I told him when I purchased it that I would not be back to purchase another one until another ten years had elapsed (there was a ten-year span between my first and second purchases).Circumstances changed that.I knew FROM PAST EXPERIENCE with Mr.Tyson that I would get the assistance that I needed, and that he could help me get a Camry that was affordable to me. He has always been polite and courteous with my family and I. So, I did not hesitate to ask for his assistance when I arrived at Greenville Toyota yesterday. I wanted to test drive the car so he made arrangements for me to do just that. I wanted to use a certain financial institution to finance the automobile that I chose. Mr.Tyson directed me to the nearest branch office(I did not even know that the place was so close!). More

I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service oil change and I had a low tire pressure light I asked to be looked at. fri at 930am. I showed up early for the appointment. It was 1055 before someone came to and I had a low tire pressure light I asked to be looked at. fri at 930am. I showed up early for the appointment. It was 1055 before someone came to advise the reason my low tire pressure light was on was due to a plug leaking. The service advisor advised it would be about 5 minutes to fix the plug and another 10 or so to wash it up. I advised the service advisor that I needed to pick my child up from school at 1115. He advised they could skip the wash and I did say no as the vehicle needed to be washed. However if that was all the better the wash going to be I just assume have done it myself. The car was hardly vacuumed. My child ended up being stuck at school and my girlfriend had to leave work to go get him. My girlfriend was in a mandatory meeting And we are hoping she doesn't get in trouble. The service was terrible and I've never been somewhere that took 2 hours to complete an oil change. And I was even early to the appointment. The service advisor never introduced himself and he had a could careless attitude. When I walked away and looked over my shoulder I could see why. He was on facebook and apparently it was more important than I was at that point. When I was called up to pick up my vehicle I was told it was done. And handed paperwork and told to go the cashier. I has no idea where it was And had to ask. When I got out to pick up my vehicle I was told it was ready it was still on the rack hadn't even been washed yet. I have never had such terrible service. I scheduled the service appointment early as it was a half day of school and we had planned to pack a lunch and pick up my girlfriend and take the kids to the park. Instead my girlfriend had to leave work using her lunch hour to up our son as our vehicle wasn't done yet. Try explaining that to the kids. Instead I was trying to wipe away the tears as I broke their heart since we couldn't have lunch together. I am truly disappointed. More
