I would give Greenville Toyota (both Sales and Service) an 11 for outstanding quality, but the rankings do not go that high! My wife and I have purchased our most recent two vehicles (2007 Camry and 2012 an 11 for outstanding quality, but the rankings do not go that high! My wife and I have purchased our most recent two vehicles (2007 Camry and 2012 Highlander) from Greenville Toyota and the sales team along with 5 years of service history with the service department have been exemplary and outstanding. From a family perspective, we are very satisfied with Greenville Toyota and anticipate additional purchases from this dealership in the future. Ernie and Dianne Marshburn Greenville, NC More
I had a Fantastic experience at Greenville Toyota from start to finish. I was not pressured, I was clear about what I could do and what I wanted and Todd was EXCELLENT through the entire process! He wante start to finish. I was not pressured, I was clear about what I could do and what I wanted and Todd was EXCELLENT through the entire process! He wanted to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted. I have never worked with a friendlier, nicer sales guy. He was realistic and it was more about me than him and that was new to me! I have already sent him another customer who is equally as satisfied and will spread the word! A+ from me!!! More
Tried to get my 2001 Celica fixed for a knocking in the engine that turned out to be a spun bearing. Knuckle-headed service writer blamed it on bad gas. May or may not have been covered by warranty, but engine that turned out to be a spun bearing. Knuckle-headed service writer blamed it on bad gas. May or may not have been covered by warranty, but I would have paid or split cost because I really like my Celica and fixed it on my own. They only seem to want to "fix" the easy stuff. More
Saw no haggle pricing on internet site, price was good, contaced Todd by email and went to dealership to make purchase, waited for almost one hour for Todd, talked to receptionest twice, left dealership wi contaced Todd by email and went to dealership to make purchase, waited for almost one hour for Todd, talked to receptionest twice, left dealership with no contact, did leave a business card with receptionist, Todd called later and I found out he went to lunch while I was waiting, not good. Terminated phone conversation with Todd and the Sales Manager called and made excuses for Todd, you know he is really busy, he did not have a face to go with your name so he could not find you in the showroom. I sat in one chair in the showroom the entire time I was waiting and the receptionist saw me several times, not hard to find. The sales manager wanted to make the sale so I talked to him on the phone about the price of the vehicle only to find out that the no haggle price included a $1000 rebate for current military service, I am not in the military, and a $1000 rebate for recent college graduation, the no haggle price turned out to be about $200 dollars off MSRP. In my humble opinion this is a deceptive advertising practice. More
