I’ve been happy with my Toyota Greenville experience and thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm? I’m 6 thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm? I bought a car from them back in October 2021. In November 2021 My car broke down while visiting a sick relative 4 hours away from home. I found out it needed a new motor. I also learned that they didn't do the oil change they said they did. I felt like I was ripped off. I thought I was going to a reputable dealership, but apparently I was wrong I can not in good faith recommend this dealership.and will not purchase from them again ever More

Probably the most professional buying experience I’ve ever had. I had been corresponding with Karen about a 4Runner that they were waiting on.
