What tarnished my experience is that before visiting the dealership I got a quote for them to buy back my car. They said they would give me between $1100 and $1600. When I got there, the sleezy car appraiser wanted to give me $450. The worst part is that the $25 gift card I was promised repeatedly for bringing my car to be appraised was never given. I did buy a car from them ONLY because they had convinced me to sell my car to Carmax. I was stranded there with all my junk in the guest waiting area. By that point, I felt like I had no choice. Also, I didn't like the financing experience. Although Joe is a kind man. He was patient with my unruly 3 and 6 year olds. However, he made me sign a bunch of papers before showing me my monthly payment and interest--despite repeatedly asking. He is a slick guy; each time, he would steer me to another topic until it was too late. I was there from on Friday from 7 to 9:30 and then on Saturday from 10 Am until 4:30. I won't buy a car from them again. More
