Out of state buyers stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called the dealership to buy a car that they had listed online, and after 2 days of arranging things with their out of state coordinator Armando i called the dealership to buy a car that they had listed online, and after 2 days of arranging things with their out of state coordinator Armando and internet sales manager harry, after leaving a deposit , getting a bank check for the whole amount of the car and buying a plane ticket to fly down to sign the papers and arrange delivery of the car, I found out that they had sold the car to someone else, I called looking to speak to the owner and after speaking to almost everyone in the dealership but the owner I ended up talking to someone by the name of john who claims to be the president of the company which I really doubt I heard all kinds of promises that none of it happened. These guys cannot be straight forward even if their life depended on it, unprofessional and a million years apart from being a true business with customer care. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! More

He was kind of mad becaise we didnt accept the deal. So i think its so unprofesional and rude you cant have those type of people dealing with clients . After i finally got at braman bmw the car brand new that i want and i found out again that he wa lying about the scores ... Sorry but you guys have nothing to do with a serious dealership ....... Finance manager Joey D. was extremely unprofessional and did not want to assist our sales rep because we financed our loan through USAA and said they don't get any money for using USAA. Since this was the case he went out of his way to be rude to us during our short time in his office and wasn't personable at all. He also failed to answer any questions we had and instead replied with I don't know you have to ask USAA in a very condescending manner. This dealership should really treat their military customers better. More
