Purchased a 2018 Mercedes from Xavier he was super relaxed, no pressure answered all of my questions. I did have an issue with the car that totally stressed me out but Xavier and the dealership total relaxed, no pressure answered all of my questions. I did have an issue with the car that totally stressed me out but Xavier and the dealership totally made good on and some...even drove the car back to me over an hour and a half away.
