I'm disappointed I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealer. While the deal was amazing and my salesperson was wonderful, everything outside of that was terr I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealer. While the deal was amazing and my salesperson was wonderful, everything outside of that was terrible. I had an appointment and there was confusion about which car, when I looked at it it was filthy. I asked if they were going to clean it and I was assured they would. Fast forward to signing the papers. I had to wait for the car to be cleaned and wiper fluid added. Why wasn't this done during the 40 minutes I waited for finance so I could sign for the car. After they did all that I got in the car and it was still filthy. White spots on the black leather as large as day. And I didn't have a full tank of car when we left. Had we not already been there for over 4 hours I would have complained but I just went home and cleaned it myself. More

The car was as described and they disclosed that it had been in a minor accident in the past that did not affect the current condition of the car. The only negative I have is the dealer fee ($700) and an extra charge ($400) that were tacked on at the time of purchase. This brought the total cost of the car, with taxes, tag, title, etc. to around $1800 above the asking price for the car. I certainly understand the basic additions necessary but the dealer fee seemed high. Also, the $400 charge was for a GPS device they install to help against car theft. The dealer certainly has the prerogative to do this but I didn't ask for this device and didn't feel like I should have to pay for it. They knocked $300 off but I still paid $100 for the device plus the $700 doc fee. More

The individual that completed the sale, can't remember his name, was very pushy and would not take no for an answer for the add-on warranty and some other things. He finally did. One thing I did not care for at all was the fact that they put a tracking device on the car and charge you for it, apparently all of their cars get them installed as soon as they hit the lot. I had to basically beg the guy who finalized the purchase to remove it from the car and the loan. He was very persistent about me having it and finally took it off the loan and supposedly had it removed from the car (I hope). Overall, Nick gets 5 stars The guy who closed the loan sucked! More

Liars, dishonest 2 weeks back I visited their store to test drive 2015 Honda Civic EXL car. Their salesman Taraja was very good with respect to showing the car and tes 2 weeks back I visited their store to test drive 2015 Honda Civic EXL car. Their salesman Taraja was very good with respect to showing the car and test drive. When it came for financing, his manager came to me talked about it. They ran my credit and brought a couple of fake scores and also disapproval confirmation from certain banks. Everything they brought seems to be fake because I knew my credit scores as I had got that ran with a bank 2 days back. They portrayed as if I had very bad credit and were trying to convince me to take their financing. He showed some bank has given me an approval for the loan with 9% APR. I said I will check with other banks and get back to you guys. But then the manager's manager came and was trying to convince for their financing saying that they will beat the APR of other banks for my score and all. I said I need some time and came back. After coming back home, when I checked the numbers, APR wasn't 9%, it was turning out to be 21% and I was almost paying 4 grand extra for the car than the listed price. I was literally shocked here. Finally, I thought of financing with the other banks and got all set from it. I was ready with the check and auto insurance to sign the deal the next day. I even signed a couple of forms and the manager gave a form to sign which disclosed "Auction announced structural damage". I initially thought he might have confused with the other car because this car was having clean carfax. I made sure again if that structural damage was for this car and he said yes and asked me to sign. I was totally distressed when he said so. I was wondering why these people didn't disclose this information in the first place when I test drove. He said even small dents and scratches do contribute to structural damage! and also he was hiding where exactly that structural damage had happened. At that point, I totally lost interest in that vehicle and backed out from the deal. Beware of this dealer. They are liars and dishonest. Never authorize them to run your credit. They will definitely portray it wrongly to lure you for their finance. More
