Well priced cars but hidden charges Hanna Imports have clean and reasonably priced cars, however BEWARE of a hidden charge for KAHU for $600.00 for an app for theft tracking. This charge was NEVER disclosed or discussed by Brandon and he assured us it would be credited back to our account. It took many follow up calls, which were mostly unreturned. We then called management, again no returned call. The final step was with the Better Business Bureau and suddenly, it was resolved, after 3 weeks of waiting. This seems to be a fraudulent attempt at making extra profit and I don't think it's a wise business practice to lose your reputation over for $600.00 extra profit. Maybe Hanna Imports doesn't rely on repeat business! More

I had an issue with a tire losing air due to a foreign object. Tire repair shops could not repair the tire since I did not have the wheel lock removal device. Since I bought the car from Hanna Imports and object. Tire repair shops could not repair the tire since I did not have the wheel lock removal device. Since I bought the car from Hanna Imports and had a previous service to rotate the tires, I figured they could perform the repair. They not only repaired the tire, they replaced all four wheel locks with standard lug bolts. Since they had not done so during pre-sale inspection before I purchased the car, they did not charge for the tire repair. I am very, very pleased with the dealer, and highly recommend them. More

Experience with the service department is awful. The last 3 times getting me car services, I had to take it back day(s) following service...the last time I didnt even leave with it. Then got charged an last 3 times getting me car services, I had to take it back day(s) following service...the last time I didnt even leave with it. Then got charged another deductible when I never approved the service but was stuck with paying a new deductible. I will get my car serviced elsewhere moving forward. The customer service is terrible also when you don't tolerate the foolishness. More

Wouldn't buy here again The buying process was simple enough however, we weren't driving more than 150 miles before the check engine light came on. Thank goodness we purchased the extended warranty and were out only $150 instead of $400. Then we waited over 6 weeks for our tag and went round and round with associates about that process. One associate said he would send the papers and I could just go do it myself; never mind that tag fees were included in the purchase of the vehicle. I finally was able to speak with someone who addressed our additional out of pocket expenses and tag. We were reimbursed however I would never purchase from them again too many issues and took too long to get problems resolved. More
