Worth the hour ride! I can't speak highly enough of Crispin. Over the past 3 weeks I have visited several other dealerships. Well today I found true gem. Crispin spent a majority of his day catering to my indecisive self. He made a very simple request... " tell me what can I do to work for you and put you in a vehicle that you will be happy with." I was coming off a 12 hour night shift and was pretty cranky. Crispin didn't even blink, he was so patient and seemed genuinely be concerned with my wants, needs and even the smallest requests. He was very professional but also very relatable. That was important to me. He treated me as if I was his most important customer for the time I was there. From choosing the right vehicle to explaining my financing options he was amazing. While I chose to stretch my original payment price point; Crispin was able to negotiate a deal with a decent paymant, warranty, and gap insurance, as well as gasing up my new purchase! My credit isn't perfect and unlike other salesman I have worked with recently he never once made me feel like I was being judged or he was doing me a favor by even giving me his time. We spent quite a bit of time going over different vehicles and he lead me to a vehicle that I really like. His finance department was quietly working in the background to get the deal done and Crispin kept me in the loop at all times. I have to say Davis Hyundai has a true asset in Crispin. He genuinely cares about making his customers happy! I will be recommending him to anyone I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. In a few years I will definitely be returning to Davis for another purchase! More

Headache I brought a used 2016 Ford Mustang from there and since my purchase I have had nonstop issues in which I had to take the full initiative to rectify. Any time I tried to handle any business over the phone I would be placed on hold or sent to voicemails, and would never get a returned call or straight answer. My salesperson was JB, and he was standup guy. Actually JB would be the only reason I deal with that dealership again I the future. I just think his hands are tied on what he can and can't do. I was actually considering buying my wife's car from here, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
