Willing to go above and beyond and didn’t mind staying late to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase. The other dealer was Davis Acura. I have not allowed that experience to fall into this review as this dealer was a more friendly and professional environment. More

Great experience for a nervous buyer I hadn't purchased a new car in several years and the process for purchasing has changed in the interim, so I was a little intimidated when I walked i I hadn't purchased a new car in several years and the process for purchasing has changed in the interim, so I was a little intimidated when I walked into the dealership. But my experience turned out to be relaxed and not bad at all! My salesperson, JB, was great at walking me through my options and helping me find a car that was the best choice for me and my budget. If I had known it was this easy and the staff were this supportive, I would have done it it years ago. There was no pressure and just a genuine interest in our needs and abilities. Couldn't Even Get By The Promotional Incentive Wish that I could have finalized the deal, but they couldn't even process the $40 Rebate Coupon from Hyundai for the Test Drive. Mary Jo was very nice and seemed to be capable, but after 1-month of not processing my simple $40 Rebate from the manufacturer, why would I trust them on a $30,000+ purchase transaction? I'll go elsewhere! More
