She was very pleasant to work with on the purchase. I was there at a very busy time, and had a long wait to get the paperwork complete. I was told that someone called off. I love the car and all of its features. It is a loaded Elantra Limited. It's almost 2 months old and I currently am getting 33-36 MPG, combined, that is calculated MPG, not what the electronic display indicates which is usually higher by 4-6 MPG. No issues to date. Fit and finish on the vehicle is very good. More

Terrific Car Dealership I had been researching cars for the last 3 months. I was waffling between new and used. I required financing either way. I had visited 5 other car d I had been researching cars for the last 3 months. I was waffling between new and used. I required financing either way. I had visited 5 other car dealerships in NJ, PA and DE. I saw a car online at Davis Hyundai. I went in and was greeted by the Sales Manager John, who is as down to earth as someone can be. We spoke about what I wanted to see and a little background about how I wanted to finance a vehicle. He said that his dealership can help and had me work with his salesperson Melissa. Melissa was amazing and she only wanted for me to feel comfortable with my choice. I test drove 5 different makes and models - new and used. Melissa's tone and mood was always upbeat and her knowledge of the cars was as good as I've encountered. I finally chose a used car and then the Finance department took over. Ryan and the team worked tirelessly to locate the best terms for my situation and exceeded my expectations by 1000%. How often does a dealership come in under than the interest rate, monthly payment level and down payment level than you heard from so many other dealerships. Hardly ever...in my experience...never. Davis Hyundai came in well under in price and arranged terrific terms for me. Amazing! I really feel this team at the dealership knows its a business that will make more deals if they treat each customer fairly. Don't buy here!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in August 2016. It was illegal sold to me per consumer protection laws with lein on the ti DO NOT BUY HERE. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in August 2016. It was illegal sold to me per consumer protection laws with lein on the title. When I purchased the car they said they will send tags and registration in the mail or I could come pick them up when finsihed. Common pratice so no worries. 2 weeks go buy so i call and they said there was an issue and the working on it. Ok no problem temporary tags and registration good for a month any way so i will wait. Call couple days before the temp tag and registration run out and they say there still working on the issue. They are going to send another temp tag and registration. I ask what is wrong they tell me there is a lein on the title from the previous owner but they are working on it and it should be cleared up very soon. The send me dealer tag registration and insurance to cover the car so I can drive it. More time goes buy and more B.S. about how it will be settled. Finally at this point i decide i need to contact a lawyer to resolve this because obviously they cant be trusted. That was almost a year ago. They went to court and court ordered the return of there dealer tag(which i returned) Now I have a car sitting in my drive way that I am still paying on and can't drive. Because of the lein on the title I can get tags or registration of my own on the vehicle. I have documentation stating "Dealer represents and attests in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A 39:10-9,that,at time of sale, Dealer has the right to obtain and transfer title in the following described vehicle,and that all liens noted on the Certificate of Title for such vehicle have been satisfied". Right here is enough proof that this should have been settled already. They will not even call there own lawyer back to settle this. I have been told that we probably will not get court date until January. So this means I have no vehicle to drive and could potentialy lose my job. What ever you do DO NOT BUY HERE. Still nothing to report. They really do seem to not care at all. What do I do in an emergency? Please tell me that! I normally don't put my life out there but getting desperate. I have a life and people who depend on me. This is bull crap. I waited a year to post anything. Now I'm just going to keep updating and posting. If you have any suggestions on where else to post let me know. xxxx I really wish I could give negative stars. More
