They are responsive to sell but not to provide the service they promised. They gave us an "owe you" document to repair the broken passenger mirror and I specifically asked would get replace it with Ho service they promised. Well, that was not true and after the paperwork was signed I can't even get a manager on the phone. Very disappointed and frustrated at this point. Would never buy from them again. More

Terrible customer service when I purchased a car here a couple months back. Scammed into getting the lojack service, which I absolutely did not want. Was told by Chris that it was not optional and I had couple months back. Scammed into getting the lojack service, which I absolutely did not want. Was told by Chris that it was not optional and I had to get it. Should have looked more closely at the paperwork I signed with Julian, but the paperwork can get a little overwhelming. Turns out they had me sign a form that specifically said I declined the Lojack service, and one signing up for it. How does that work?? Meanwhile I paid in cash with a cashier's check from my bank. There was absolutely no loan involved. After not receiving my title after a couple months, I contacted the DMV who told me the title application was filed with my bank as a lienholder, and my bank has my title. So they added in the lien on my car, for a loan I didn't have on my title application, AFTER I signed it and left. Now I have to deal with my bank to get the lien removed from my car and get my title. Absolutely would not recommend or ever purchase from here again. More
The only honest employee here is Finance Manager Steve West. The owner Bilal Hamze never responded to any of our inquiries!! He just didn't care. He's an absolute disgrace. DON"T EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! My vehicle was never checked out & I had to lay out an additional $5000.00 to Flow Lexus to make the vehicle safe to drive. If you buy a vehicle here have it checked out by your own professional mechanic prior to purchasing & not Impex's incompetent lying service dept. The seller’s comments regarding purchasing a vehicle at Impex are a total lie at least in my case when I bought my vehicle from this dishonest place!! More
I wish that I could say Impex stands apart from other dealers, but unfortunately they seem to be the same old dealership with the same tired games. Granted I've been shopping around for a Bronco, invento dealers, but unfortunately they seem to be the same old dealership with the same tired games. Granted I've been shopping around for a Bronco, inventory is not readily available due to manufacturing difficulties, and the market is inflated; however, I'm not sure why the sales reps and management keep changing stories to get someone into the dealership just to sit 4 hours. Alas, I left the first day only to be called an hour later and told that the deal could be worked out because they would lower their price, drop the install cost of low-jack (which i had no clue even existed), and offer more for my trade. After still not being able to work things out, I waited a few weeks and the Bronco is still sitting. The dealership lowered the price on their website so i reached back out but then offered less for my trade so they could continue the same sales games as before. I wish I could say things worked out, but unfortunately... it's just the same Ole thing. More

The impression they made was so overwhelmingly positive that I will start with Impex the next time I’m in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. Chase takes a long term view of transactions, demonstrating that relationship is more important than closing a deal. More
