Above & Beyond Service/Integrity by Entire Staff. Thank you! I worked with Michael Anthony, and this was a long-distance purchase for me. I was a bit apprehensive making a purchase in NC and living in IL. Mike I worked with Michael Anthony, and this was a long-distance purchase for me. I was a bit apprehensive making a purchase in NC and living in IL. Mike went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the vehicle I was interested in. He was outstanding, performing video walk-arounds for me, answering many specific questions to my satisfaction, etc. I took a last-minute flight in on a Saturday, and Impex provided VIP service from the airport. There were a few minor concerns with the vehicle at first, and I was shocked to see the GM (Brady) jump right in and address them to my satisfaction. During paperwork signing, when I had concerns with a few of the processes, Steve and the Manager-on-duty were extremely supportive, did not apply any pressure, and truly went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was 100% comfortable before proceeding. Finally, when the title paperwork arrived and there was a small issue, Meghan in the Title Dept worked through the issue promptly and exceeded my expectations. I have not purchased from a traditional "dealership" in nearly 20 years due to bad experiences and over-priced profits. In my experience, Impex is the complete opposite of the "traditional" dealership, hence why they sell so many cars. To me, everyone involved was a consumate professional, treated me with dignity and respect, honored my time, and treated me like a valued customer. I would absolutely purchase from this dealer again, and I highly recommend them. Great job, Impex Team!! More
