It's busy, they must be doing something right. The prices here were much lower and the cars were clean and in good shape, way beyond anything we'd seen in other lots. They also went out of their way to purchase another key for my car, ($200) and send it to me. Knowledgeable sales people were polite and friendly, not at all pushy. They don't need to be. Take your business elsewhere! We drove several hours to see one particular vehicle. We called the dealership and were told the truck would be pulled around waiting for us when we g We drove several hours to see one particular vehicle. We called the dealership and were told the truck would be pulled around waiting for us when we got there. We arrived and they couldn't find the keys. Then, we were told the truck actually had a deposit on it from the week before. Their excuse was that the lady that deals with internet inquiries wouldn't have known that a deposit had been put on the vehicle that had been taken off the market for a week. After this, no one seemed willing to even show us anything else on the property. And after checking this morning, the vehicle that is supposedly no longer on the market is still being advertised on their website. This business is NOT in it to make life long customers. They just want to make a quick sale and get you out the door. If I could give them zero stars for customer service and business practices I would. BUYER BEWARE! More

They told me that they would fix the truck and call me but they never returned my calls. I called the mechanic shop that impex told me that they would take the truck to but the shop never got the truck. I called several times and left messages. Never got a call back. I had cash money and would have bought the f250. I fell like they knew the problems and were hoping that a buyer would not notice the issues. More
Can't even give them money.. I tried...without haggling...to get an out the door price to come and purchase an in stock vehicle....dealer jacked me around and around...even pulled I tried...without haggling...to get an out the door price to come and purchase an in stock vehicle....dealer jacked me around and around...even pulled the old "we got someone looking at it right now" and would not give me a price based on their "having the fuel filters replaced." I was literally the ideal customer: wanted to but what they had, didn't try to get them to drop the price by more than the cost of my 3 hour trip to retrieve the vehicle and was going to pay CASH on the spot.....just needed a little cooperation and respect to make me comfortable with the deal and I received neither. As a business person, I can only hope the owner of impex was not involved in the process, because I would never have allowed one of my employees to lose a 34,000.00 sale over 80.00. I explained that being three hours away, I would like to lock down a price and would then come the following day to pay for and pick up the vehicle. I can't comment on their honesty or their ability to stand behind their sales because we never got that far, but their lack of professionalism is evident in the way they do business. I'm sure they are all very nice people, in their own right, but they are terrible business people. More
Super people to deal with I had been sitting at my computer for several weeks looking for cars. I saw this 2014 BMW 650 X Drive convertible on their website. I am in New Hamps I had been sitting at my computer for several weeks looking for cars. I saw this 2014 BMW 650 X Drive convertible on their website. I am in New Hampshire and have bought pre-owned cars from as far away as New Jersey. I saw on their website the exact 2014 BMW X Drive Convertible that I wanted, color, options, and mileage, but was a little hesitant because of the distance. Fortunately, my best friend is a dealer, so he helped me do some due diligence. Most used car dealers go to auctions, and it happened that Impex uses the biggest one in the world-first thing I found out about them is that they have a five star rating there, of which the biggest component is how honestly they describe their cars. Was I ever excited-there were a few not too far away from me, but this one was the one I wanted. I talked to Khaled and Ashley there and Khaled took it to the local BMW dealer, who blessed it. Such a great car and it saw what I think it was its first snowflake in New Hampshire today. Thank you Khaled and Ashley More
