PRICE ERROR I received a buyers order. After the bank confirmed the price for the check hours letter I received an email talking about the buyer order was wrong. I received a buyers order. After the bank confirmed the price for the check hours letter I received an email talking about the buyer order was wrong. I had the check in hand and spoke to the sales person twice and my loan officer did also. So now they don't want to honor the check because of their mistake and I told the people my situation the day before. Just sad. On top of the fact I had a very rude sale man the 1st day I went. I cannot believe people do business like that. Its different if it wasn't confirmed before the check was cut. Straight xxxxxxxxx More

They broke the bolts off that DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM Impex Auto Sales. They installed brakes on my car before they sold it to me... and guess what? They broke the bolts off that hold the routers to the hub and just left them. Meaning that my brakes have not been attached at all and i've been driving around in a completely dangerous vehicle. Now, I have to pay 1200 to fix a mistake that shouldn't have happened. When I brought this to attention of Impex... their response? Uhhhh how do we know we installed the brakes. Complete denial and offered up no assistance. Basically, they're saying- they're totally fine with having their name on a car that could have killed someone at their hands. More
Man's Word there is Worth Nothing! First of all, the salesman couldn't even locate the vehicle we were there to check out which had been advertised online at CarGurus . My daughter an First of all, the salesman couldn't even locate the vehicle we were there to check out which had been advertised online at CarGurus . My daughter and I located it off of their lot first. He was not very professional which should have been a bit of an alarm. He didn't know very much about the vehicle nor did he seem willing to really stay around to answer questions. We took the truck on a drive and felt bumping in the front end and we had trouble engaging and disengaging the 4wd. Once we returned to the lot, the concern of the 4wd and bumping in the front end was shared with the salesman. He said we could pick it up the next day and take it to our mechanic which was out of the question because we traveled from another city to Greensboro. He apparently spoke to his supervisor who said they would have their person check it out. The asked if we wanted to put a deposit down to hold it. The concern we expressed was that we wanted to make sure it would check out. We also told them our bank had the specs for the vehicle and we would be obtaining a loan for it. The salesman said they would hold the truck for 2 days with no money down until they could have it checked out and until we could get word from out bank. Not even 24 hours later we spoke with the dealership and they said they had not had a chance to get it checked out. Then an hour or so later they called back and wanted to know if we had heard from our bank and we said we hoped to hear from them by the afternoon. The dealer said they had accepted a deposit from another customer. Which told us a few things, the dealer can't be trusted for their word, the dealer was trying to hide something and the dealer was hoping to get rid of a troubled vehicle....Buyers beware is all I can say. It all just seemed a little shady. More
IF YOU DESIRE TO GET RIPPED OFF THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO….. I BOUGHT A LEMON FROM IMPEX AUTO GREENSBORO NC Feb. 2013 I purchased an AS IS vehicle and was promised repairs by the salesman. But when I re GO….. I BOUGHT A LEMON FROM IMPEX AUTO GREENSBORO NC Feb. 2013 I purchased an AS IS vehicle and was promised repairs by the salesman. But when I returned the very next day all I received was the run around. I got four whole days of operating this vehicle when it started showing major problems. The vehicle is unsafe to operate because it cuts off/shuts down while driving it. There are more problems which I’m sure the mechanic/salesman was aware of but in the effort to make a quick buck I now own. I felt compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After trial and troubleshooting the vehicle still sits in the parking lot. I wouldn’t dare sale this unsafe and problematic vehicle because of a little thing called a conscious. I’m in honest and desperate need of a mechanic after making a purchase with this dealership. PLEASE I URGE YOU TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A DEALERSHIP THAT VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE. More
