I visited several car dealerships and really liked the people at Jacky Jones. So I bought a new Ford Taurus, the experience was very easy and the two times I have have gone to the service department they were very accommodating, knowledgeable and timely. The wait time was minimal and the area very nice. I’m very happy with the service department, in my opinion the greatest asset to a dealership is the quality and efficiency of their service department. More
