The word EXTRAORDINARY can only begin to convey my sentiments about my experience with JJ and obtaining a 2024 Mustang. In my 60+ years of vehicle transactions I have NEVER had a more pleasant relationship. No request for information, no question posed (and I asked about 75!) went unfulfilled or unanswered. And yes...as noted above they delivered the Mustang to me in Georgia...no charge. Wow. After my ‘23 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid was totaled in a freak accident, I reached out to Shauz Daniels at Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater. He had sold me my original Maverick and I asked him if he could help m freak accident, I reached out to Shauz Daniels at Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater. He had sold me my original Maverick and I asked him if he could help me get a similar Maverick to replace it. Within minutes we were looking at a ‘23 Maverick XLT Hybrid for sale at another dealership in the Jacky Jones family (in another state). When I told him I wanted to move forward with that truck, he had it moved to Sweetwater within hours and I was test driving it. The truck was exactly what I wanted and more, so I sat down with Caren and signed all paperwork to make it mine. From test drive to full ownership only took about 2 hours. This makes two wonderful purchase experiences I’ve had with Shauz and the good folks at Jacky Jones in the past year. More
