We were on the fence about which manufacturer we were going with prior to visiting. Explaining the difference in trims! Not expecting it to tick every box for safety and function for our family- it did! Chris did a phenomenal job explaining the warranties and difference in trim- and I know we wouldn’t have ended up with a Hyundai if it wasn’t for him! Car shopping with two kids isn’t ideal- and Chris and the team at Jim Ellis Hyundai made it so easy! We’re so excited about our new family vehicle! More

I saw a car online that I was interested in buying. I scheduled a test drive for 530 p.m. even though they close at 7. When I arrived at the dealership, Saban had already pulled the car to the front an I scheduled a test drive for 530 p.m. even though they close at 7. When I arrived at the dealership, Saban had already pulled the car to the front and had the AC running. We did a test drive and I was ready to close the deal because I liked the car. Although, I had been approved by my credit union, I allowed them to rerun my credit and they beat my pre-approval rate. This was my first time buying from Jim Ellis and after this experience I would definitely purchase from them again. More
