My best dealer experience. I made an appointment with the Jim Ellis dealership, to test drive a Genesis/Ultimate that I saw online. I was assigned to sales person Darrow Moore. I made an appointment with the Jim Ellis dealership, to test drive a Genesis/Ultimate that I saw online. I was assigned to sales person Darrow Moore. Darrow was very courteous, and polite as he greeted me upon arriving at the dealership. Darrow had the car out front, and immediately took me for a test drive. Negotiations were fair and honest (even with the trade in) never pushy. Negotiations led to an excellent deal. Mr. Moore took the time to explain, and demonstrate every major option on the car (there were many). Best dealer experience I've ever had, never felt stressed. would highly recommend Jim Ellis Hyundai, especially sales person Darrow Moore. More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Because of my hectic schedule, spending time in a dealership was not possible. To be honest, I was not looking forward to the process. However, nothing prepared me for my experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai. Here is why I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership: 1.) ALWAYS OPEN- I contacted Jim Ellis Hyundai via the internet (after 11:00 p.m.) and was impressed with the representative answering my questions so late in the evening. 2.) RESPECTFUL- After explaining my time crunch to Adin Junuzovic (Client Representative), he assisted with the current dealer inventory and the necessary paperwork to begin the process. 3.) PATIENCE- Darrow Moore (Sales Consultant)- He understood my hectic schedule and accommodated all of my reschedules to test drive, sign paperwork and pick up my new vehicle. He never once made feel I was an inconvenience or just another customer. He did all of this with a smile. 4.) DETAIL- ORIENTED- Sam Patel was great! He took the time to explain every document in a manner I could understand. 5.) PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE-I know my experience was not a "fluke", the customer appreciation I received at Jim Ellis Hyundai was genuine. I know I have found a dealership for life. More
