Awesome Experience So I walked into the Hyundai Dealership with honestly little hope (credit score worries). However I sat with Lori Ball, and she was so patient with me and all of my worries, concerns and questions. She knew what my concerns were and helped me 100% through the application process and was very encouraging which made me very comfortable working with her (she was not pushy or a "fast talker") she was very warm, friendly & welcoming. She showed me several vehicles and we also test drove as well. Lori kept me company with good conversation as I sat at her desk & waited for an answer, She then handed me over to Haub who is in the finance department and the deal was sealed. Haub was great as well even giving me pointers on how to keep up with payments and improving my credit, he went over each document that needed my signature while answering any questions that I had. I was able to walk out in under 2 hrs with a brand new 2017 Elantra. My first BRAND NEW vehicle ever in life! My daughter received a good price on the car and both Darrow Moore and sales manager, John Noaker, made it a no pressure enjoyable experience. In fact, because of my daughter's good experience, my wife and I went down to the dealership a week later and met again with Darrow Moore. We also ended up with a 2017 Tucson!!
