I was greeted very quickly once I walked into the showroom and introduced to Corey Barton, and he provided friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service. He answered all the questions I had, provided me multiple vehicle options that met my needs and fell within my price point parameters, and never made me feel pressured or hurried. He made me feel as if he really cared about me, my needs, and my satisfaction. He was able to secure a great deal for me with a minimal wait and I drove off with a vehicle that I've been very happy with, when all I was really interested in when I arrived was looking at some of the new 2017 models to see what was available. All in all it was a smooth and hassle-free experience and I'm very pleased with my new car. I would highly recommend both Hyundai and the Jim Ellis dealership to others. More

Fantastic Car buying experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai When I wanted to purchase a new car, I have few options. The first Sales person I spoke with is Darrel Coffey at Jim ellis. I was so impressed with th When I wanted to purchase a new car, I have few options. The first Sales person I spoke with is Darrel Coffey at Jim ellis. I was so impressed with the telephone conversation I had with him, and promised him that I will visit Jim Ellis dealership and meet him personally at least once before I buy Hyundai or any other car. I actually wanted buy Volkswagen Passat. I had an excellent offer for Passat, however after meeting Darrel, I decided that I will buy Hyundai from him. I liked the car, but more than that, I liked Darrel and bought the car from him. He is a fantastic person and I never met such a wonderful Sales person in any automobile dealerships.
