The first time I visited the dealership there were two cars I was extremely interested, but unfortunately they both sold while I was there, right before we were able to secure either one. I was SO disappointed, but Lucian promised me he would find another car that met all of my criteria. He genuinely cared about ensuring he found one that made me happy - and he worked with the used car manager to find one for me - and he did in less than a week!
