2016 Hyundai Tucson I had a good experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai. The only problem was that the car did not come with the Apple CarPlay that was advertised. When I talked I had a good experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai. The only problem was that the car did not come with the Apple CarPlay that was advertised. When I talked to several different people about installing the software, I got different answers, with one being that I would get charged for having the dealership install the software on the car. I finally spoke with someone who told me how to install the Apple CarPlay software onto the car and I did it myself. Otherwise my experience was great! Joseph Harmer was the best salesperson that I dealt with in my entire car buying experience including at other dealerships. More

A place where buying a car is an enjoyable experience I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Eco from Jim Ellis yesterday, driving about 40 miles from my home. The day before, I had driven 75 miles to a Hyund I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Eco from Jim Ellis yesterday, driving about 40 miles from my home. The day before, I had driven 75 miles to a Hyundai dealership in Milledgeville where I was royally baited and switched. They had advertised a car as new with 10 miles on it, and when I arrived I found out it had over 10,000 miles on it. After my bad experience with this dealer, I arrived at Jim Ellis with both fists up, ready to suspect every statement made. I had identified the Eco that I wanted from the Jim Ellis website. It was listed at a good price, $4000 below MSRP. I was prepared to hear that they had stacked up a bunch of discounts to arrive at the price, most of which I didn't qualify for. The sales rep, Marti Adelman, immediately put me at ease. They would sell me the car at the price they advertised. He said the new car had 32 miles on it, and that's what the odometer said. Marti made the sales experience enjoyable. It took awhile to get the paperwork done, of course, but he made the process so smooth that it was more like visiting with an old friend. He took care of getting everything done, and even noticed that the mats were missing from my car and went off to find some. I saw him standing in line at the Parts window to get the mats. I dropped my glasses at one point and frame broke open. Marti said he'd been an optician in a prior life. He took my glasses away and amazed me by bringing them back fixed. Everyone else at Jim Ellis seemed very professional and helpful, including the credit manager Mark Smolyar, but if you want someone to take real good care of you, Marti is the person to ask for. And the car is just great! More
A great experience I went in to have a problem fixed. I was near the end of a 3 year lease. The dealership paid off the last 2 months of the lease and I got a new lease I went in to have a problem fixed. I was near the end of a 3 year lease.
