Overall Postive Experience Marcus was great. He was very thorough and worked quickly & efficiently. The dealership was lovely. I would re-vamp the way that people are forced to Marcus was great. I would re-vamp the way that people are forced to go through two other people (receptionist, etc.) before getting to the actual sales person. That bit seemed a little tedious, repetitive and unnecessary. Overall, however, I would purchase another car here and am very happy. More

Exceptional customer service I never imagined a car buying experience could actually be pleasurable. I was treated like a queen and no matter how many questions I had or how many I never imagined a car buying experience could actually be pleasurable. I was treated like a queen and no matter how many questions I had or how many different cars I wanted to try (at least 5) Marcus and Dan was happy to accommodate me and never once lost patience or was pushy.
