We wanted to buy from Jim Ellis because we liked their attitude and approach with customers. The final choice of dealer, however, boiled down to our making a solid business decision. "I purchased a Santa Fe at your dealership this week and wanted to share my experience w/ you. I have been buying cars for 30+ years a I never had an experience that made me want to buy another car f and wanted to share my experience w/ you. I have been buying cars for 30+ years a I never had an experience that made me want to buy another car from the same place. So imagine how 'excited' I was to walk into the showroom on a busy Sat... an older lady on a budget clutching a hand-full of internet print-outs - every salesman's nightmare. Then I was introduced to Chris - the lot manager -who helped me cull my internet list of 9 possible makes of cars to 3. He was courteous, patient and very helpful [and happily the Santa Fe made the cut list]. I met Bill Morrow online and made an apt to test drive that day. BEST decision I made all week. Bill was cheerful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable- and worked his tukus off to try to get me what I wanted at the price I could afford. He never patronized me or played the sales game. I probably drove him crazy - I know my test drive gave him a new white hair or two- but he was always cheerful and ready to help. I can honestly say that I have finally had a good car experience thanks to Bill !!!!! ps: and I love my new red SFe More

Anything that we asked for or asked about he was right on top of, without our even having to ask again. Additionally, he guided us through the entire process so smoothly. When we came in we were "looking", thanks to his expertise Jamie left with the car of her dreams! The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Above all truly stress free!!!!! My apologies for forgetting the name of the gentleman who assisted us with the finances, but he too was exceptional.
