We just purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from Jim Ellis Hyundai. Our salesperson was Hamilton Dueberry. Our five start rating is based on the fact that buying the Santa Fe couldn’t have been easier and, in fact, this purchase was the easiest of all times. We did everything online and never walked into the showroom (we had leased a vehicle from Jim Ellis Hyundai in 2020 so we knew what the facilities looked like and therefore didn’t feel it necessary to buy a vehicle the “traditional” way). Starting with our initial online inquiry until we took deliver 4 days later, Hamilton and our experience with the dealership couldn’t have been better. We experienced true transparent pricing as evident by the written quote provide by Hamilton was exactly the same as the final finance documents. There were no add-ons, mysterious fees, or extra “surprise” expenses. Delivery to our home was exactly as promised and we avoided having to drive an hour and one-half each way to take delivery of the vehicle. Couldn’t have been easier and Hamilton is due the credit for making it happen from the dealership’s side. Follow-up by Hamilton has been excellent and we would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone. We could not have asked for a better experience!!! More

Bayleigh did a great job running each and every item down. She had awesome communication back and forth via text. Only one short phone call was required to seal the deal. We handled everything with a few hours on a Friday and then I drove up from FL to Atlanta on Saturday and picked up the car. They had absolutely everything ready and waiting for when I got there. Alex and Victor even surprised my mom with the VIP treatment - they filled up the gas tank and cleaned (inside and out) her Chevy Equinox - it needed the TLC for sure - cleanest it had been in awhile haha. During the deal Alex shared a few stories and we had a few laughs. He got me a great deal extending the already excellent standard Hyundai warranty. We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant Alex recommended. Couldn’t be more pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Jim Ellis Hyundai! More

I went to Jim Ellis to get a Oil change and rotation -This is the only place I go. I have 2 complaints #1 the oil change was done improperly. When I would go to my parents home their slightly slanted -This is the only place I go. I have 2 complaints #1 the oil change was done improperly. When I would go to my parents home their slightly slanted snow white driveway my car was leaking something, I automatically thought it was the air condition water & thought nothing of it. However after further inspection it was oil. I was Shocked. (keep in mind I only have 24k in millage on the car 6yrs old) I work from home and barely drive it. I was very concerned about this leak . So instead of Going back there, I went to a private mechanic that I know, JUST to put in on a lift to see where this oil was coming from. Again this is a private mechanic so I was able to be right there for the inspection. We took off the cover and immediately noticed the screw was not tighten & that was the reason for the leak. It's been leaking this entire time. How disappointed I was (I have pictures) #2 Problem so I got a tire rotation on this same day. (supposedly) However my tires were marked. On the passengers side after the service I noticed the tires were in the same spot. I am now afraid to go to Jim Ellis service department. I might as well go to any reputable Mechanics shop. Keep in mind prior to this , I am the one that would tell people to go to the dealer. Not now I have lost trust in Jim Ellis Hyundai service department. I am low on oil 1 qt is what we saw when we check it. As I write this review I am thinking where will I now go for oil changes and routine maintenance. I do not trust them anymore.
