I walked in to look at a few vehicles mainly a truck. Myles Weber was the one who greeted me. He was extremely helpful/realistic and professional. This was the worst truck buying experience I've ever had! They ou offered a used car for sale without first inspecting the vehicle. A reputable car dealer would never offer, negotiate or even sale a car without performing the inspection first. During our transaction the sales person Courtney Gales engaged in deceptive, dishonest sales tactics promising services that were not completed after the sale but stating services did not need documentation. Courtney was extremely motivated to help complete the sale, but extremely unhelpful and unconcerned with getting to a resolution afterwards. When we attempted to address issues with him he was rude and disrespectful. Stating we were keeping him from making sales because we expected him to "take care" of us and he promised. Customers should never be addressed in this manner. Management was just as asinine during my attempts to resolve issues with the sale. I wasted numerous hours during the sale and had to make multiple visits to get follow ups. I left notes as well as made phone calls but the follow up was poor at best. Rude liars WOW! What a rotten experience. I pulled up and got out to check out a blue Camaro they have been advertising on cars.com and auto trader.com, I get t WOW! What a rotten experience. I pulled up and got out to check out a blue Camaro they have been advertising on cars.com and auto trader.com, I get there and it was a demo car with 3,000 miles on it! That has to be clear in your advertisement! So I had a sales person come out to chat with me, he was nice but at one point when I told him they didn't have what I wanted he was like okay, let me go get you a brochure... instead of bringing me a brochure, he brought the manager out with him. The manager was completely RUDE! He attempted to size me up. He said he would not let me test drive a Camaro and that dealers don't do that anymore... that's the third lie in like 10-15 minutes of me being on site. So then he is even worse by saying that they don't just hand out camaro test drives like ride tickets. He said I couldn't test drive any of them but he would take me in his office and let me buy one! WHAT?! So he could tell I was on to him and he was like... you can sit in it. OH WOW. So I humored the manager and I sit in this car they wouldn't let me test drive. Then he comes to the driver side window and tries to sell me a 2018 Malibu he can't get rid of... I had to tell him three times that I didn't want a Malibu. Then he proceeds to argue with my mother that 3,000 miles on a "new" car is normal and that it's still new because it has never been titled. So needless to say, we got the xxxx out of there. We told him we were going to Jake Sweeney and he started getting nasty saying how they sell cars for cheaper which is a total lie and really poor form if you want to keep and or earn someone's respect. Speaking of respect, he didn't show me any at all. treating me like "the little lady" and trying to get me to buy his crap "practical" car. What he didn't know is that little black purse I had on was full of thousands of dollars in CASH and I was ready to buy. But instead of respecting me he treated me like I wasn't a qualified buyer. SO I WENT TO JAKE SWEENEY IN TRI COUNTY, GOT TREATED RESPECTFULLY, TEST DROVE SEVERAL CARS INCLUDING CAMAROS AND BOUGHT A CAR WITH CASH. THEY STOLE YOUR SALE BECAUSE YOU TREAT POTENTIAL CLIENTS LIKE TRASH. More
