The dealership did not do any of the added on services during appointment. Did not add air to my tires and had me sit for 3 hours for solely an oil change. Will never come back during appointment. It's hard times out here. People are struggling to afford and pay for the bare necessities. Your company is out right taking advantage of your customers. I paid almost 200 for a diagnostic fee. I understand business and that's no problem. Taking advantage is a different story. It was determined that I needed a new hood latch sensor. You guys said it was 500. I did the job myself removing just 2 bolts to replace the hood latch. More
