I have had this car for 1yr and 2 months. This car has been back to the service department five (5) times because of the phone, radio and navigation. I was told on one visit that the entire radio was replaced but it did not correct the problem. I made several appointments but had to cancel them because a lender car was not available. I think this is ridiculous and I will be returning this car at the end of my lease. I also needed replacement mats and it took over two or three months to get them. More

Service department could have been more communicative as I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am and did not receive any info/contact via text or phone call until 3:30 pm at which time I was told they couldn't I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am and did not receive any info/contact via text or phone call until 3:30 pm at which time I was told they couldn't find out what my issue was; ultimately, Addison and I sat in my car and he discovered the issue was with android auto/google maps and my car was fine; he said he had never run into this issue before; I was pleased that the technology could be fixed (thanks, Addison!) but not pleased with the amount of time it took or the charge. Ultimately, I like Joseph Chevrolet for my service needs. More
