After finding a car we really liked we realized it was more than we had excepted and probably not something we could afford right now. Michael sensed our hesitation and said come on let’s go inside I’m gonna blow this car out of here for you. He did just that. Got us in a brand new Sorento in a payment we are comfortable with and got us out of the dealer in hardly anytime. He was helpful, polite, respectful and kept his word on everything. Nathan assisted me in my journey to purchase my first KIA- after 7 Hyundai purchased from my home State of Maine I’ve tried to establish a working rel Nathan assisted me in my journey to purchase my first KIA- after 7 Hyundai purchased from my home State of Maine I’ve tried to establish a working relationship with local Hyundai dealership after moving here 4 years ago. IT DIDNT WORK OUT but this dealership worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted and were fair with trade in values and listen to me. Buying a new car can be very stressful but Nathan and Tim in finance made the journey easy and were very respectful to my needs. So I highly recommend the dealership and this sales professional. Note: If I had to give a negative comment it would be the lack of confidentiality in the process due to the way the sales area is open and on a busy day it was hard for me to concentrate on the deal itself but everyone was extremely thoughtful repeating things. Overall I’m HUGELY Happy. More
