I stumbled across this dealership, knowing nothing about it. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but Sam sat down with me, figured out what would be best in my budget and found the perfect car for me. The manager, Luis, was brought in when I couldn't decide which route to take, and he ensured that I was happy with the outcome. Received only one key fob Purchased a used 2017 Toyota Camry on 13 Jul 2017. Salesman was courteous and frienly but never told me that the car only had one key until the sale Purchased a used 2017 Toyota Camry on 13 Jul 2017. Salesman was courteous and frienly but never told me that the car only had one key until the sale was completed and I was ready to leave. It is very disappointing and I consider it a lack of respect to the customers when there are missing items on cars but sales people do not tell the customers. It is always standard and expected to receive two keys when purchasing a car. If the dealer only has one key the salesperson should inform the customer before making a decision or offer to get a second key. During the sale I asked the sales person if the car included car mats (to which he replied yes) and asked him if there was anything missing but he did not mention the missing key. At the end of the sale (several hours later) when I got the final paperwork and key I asked why I was not informed he only replied just that they got the car that way (with only one key). Now I have to go to the Toyota dealer and pay approx $300 for a second key. More
