It wasn't a waste of time I love the car. I traded another Soul in which I was upside down in. They still figured out a way to get the payments down below the previous ones. I love the car. horrible front desk lady was extremely rude. had to speak with her more than once over the phone and she seemed to get more annoyed everytime. Instead I felt neglected as a customer and humiliated as a women. The person who helped me was at first very eager to help me bur as soon as he realized that it would be lots of work and phone calls he acted as if i didn't matter. I ended up leaving with a car I did not want and disappointed. My expectations were HUGE because of all the advertisements on the TV and Radio. I WILL NEVER go there again. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SPARE KEYS AND CONTRACT.I called multiple times and texted but no one replied. More
