Excellent service as usual. I scheduled my Kia for a synthetic oil change and a seat belt button replacement. I arrived early and my vehicle was taken in right away. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. My car was pulled to the door for me. It was washed and vacuumed for no extra charge. Free Wi-Fi in the waiting room along with snacks and drinks. What more can you ask for? I never used dealer service departments in my life until I started using Fucillo Kia. Very happy with them. More

The best car saleman in history nelson I just first start by saying my experience with kia was great the first time i bought my Forte but the se ond time i came too kia to find my wife. The Sorrento for her birthday i pull up in my forte and this man by the name nelson came up to me and was so nice and asked me could he help me anyway he could made me feel at home and wasnt pushy .Then worked very hard to get my deal done and never left my side until i was leaving the car lot with my new car. Mr.nelson is one of the best car saleman i have ever met and you need more like him. He made the car deal go so smooth and fast as it could have went .I wouldnt think twice about comi g back to buy are car from Mr. Nelson anytime. Thank you nelson for a great buying experience. Everything started great but went south. *****************UPDATE***************** My husband and I went to Fuccillo Kia at their closing time to try and get a new car and we were welcomed with friendly faces. I was upside down in my current car and just wanted away from my current lender. Luis was amazing to work with. I wanted an Optima but was open to anything and my husband was toying with the idea of getting a new car as well so Luis Castellanos had me test drive an Optima and my husband test drive a Forte Sport. We both fell in love with the vehicles. Originally they downgraded my husband to a basic Forte but after he spoke with Tim Ousley, who was our finance manager and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our cars, he was able to get the car that he wanted and would be happy with. We were so happy with how everything worked out and the way we were treated like family, that I brought my Dad in the next day to get a car for himself too (he got a Cadenza). He worked with Michael and Kenny ( we bought 2 cars from Kenny in 2015) who were both amazing as well. There was not one person who was unpleasant from the time we walked in at 8pm to the time we left at 1am. I would recommend Fucillo Kia to anyone looking for a new car and doesn't want the bull s*** that comes with going to other dealerships. They make the process easy, listen to what you want and make it work, and they treat you like family and not $$. UPDATE: Experience changed for the worse when we had to resign the paperwork 5 times over the course of 4 days making our payments go up to what we told them we weren't going to pay. At that point, we felt taken advantage of since we both had already signed over our trade ins and been driving our new cars. A couple days after pulling off the lot, my husband noticed a popping noise coming from the front end and said it wasn't normal ( I thought it was since this was my 1st brand new car, I thought it had to be broken in, like shoes, so the popping would stop lol). My car ended up in the shop for the same issue 5 times within a 4 month period and they had replaced a bunch of parts of the suspension which made me very uncomfortable . Their head mechanic would drive it and say it was fine but as soon as I got I to the car and even started to pull of the lot, all I hrard was pop, pop, pop. Pissed me off that they didn't even feel it necessary to inspect or test drive the car before trying (and failing) to fix the issue and give it back to me. I hate the car now because of this experience and will not buy another car from them but since I have to drive a distance for work, and I need a car, theres nothing I can do. Not to mention, I live an hour away so it was not a quick trip over there to have them fix the probelms. It took all of my ONLY day off. More

Excellent service Luis Castellanos helped a few months ago. I got into an accident and totaled my Sportage. Surprise New Car. So we went in really to just look at some used cars and after our salesman, Nelson, was very helpful and showed us the preowned cars we requested. After viewing the cars we asked to see, he suggested possibly looking at a new Optima. I was a little bit skeptical to say the least. After a little bit of talking and going over our finances, we were able to get a NEW Optima!! No money out of pocket!! Amazing!! Thanks to Nelson, all the finance guys and Mr Huge for having such a great staff. More
