The waiting area, complete with coffee, donuts a tv and char I got there at 9am and was out by 10 15. The warranty covered the problem which was water on the passenger side floor due to a clogged pipe associate I got there at 9am and was out by 10 15. When I got my car back it had been washed and they did a 5 point inspection. They also checked all fluids and checked air in my tires. More

Friendly Staff, Bad Service I want to say, first and foremost, the staff has always been friendly at this location. The service itself is despicable. The estimated wait time is n I want to say, first and foremost, the staff has always been friendly at this location. The service itself is despicable. The estimated wait time is never accurate and I'm stuck waiting between 4 and 7 hours. I have had full diagnostics run to see what is going on, staff supposedly fixes the issue, but when I take my car home something else goes wrong and I'm expected to pay for another diagnostic. I expect an experienced mechanic, doing a diagnostic on my car, to be able to diagnose the issues. I could go into much more detail and I plan to with a manager. Additionally, I find it very interesting that when I have the 24 point inspections, my tire tread and brake pads magically improve between service visits. This has happened multiple times and I maintain every service record. Most recently I brought my car in at 12:30 for an oil change and to have my drive belts replaced, as that is what I was told was wrong with my car and causing a strange noise. My car had to be brought back to the shop 2 additional times that day, because the issue was not resolved. I paid nearly $500, was there until 7pm, and was told it is actually my alternator that needs to be fixed. Again, the staff was nothing but polite, but I am so unhappy. I am waiting to be contacted about what Kia is going to do about my alternator, especially since I just spent all of that money for no reason. More
