My adventure spanned eight months with John educating me as we went along answering my many questions. Often patiently having to repeat previous information I had forgotten or miss understood. John never rushed or pushed me in any specific direction. He just gave me my options and the facts, and alerted me of opportunities as they came up. Never was there any pressure. John was always patient and sensitive to my needs and requests. He allowed several drives and many face to face and phone conversations. Always with a great attitude. Overall experience was great. Customer service was great, everyone was nice, and I was never given a hard time despite the almost full year it took me to purchase my lamborghini. I gave the Quality of work a 4 because there were some aesthetics on the vehicle had I not found myself, would not have been addressed prior to my purchase. Also the same day I brought the car home, the check engine light came on. It scared me, but after a quick trip back to the dealer, everything was fine. Although I would have given friendliness a 5 Overall, it received a 4 because first impressions are what matter most and the first time I had come about a year ago I don't think I was taken too seriously. I can't complain about the price, I got a good deal. More
