We worked with Alex Demsky on the purchase of our Audi SQ5 and we had an incredible buying experience from start to finish. He was professional (both over the phone and in person) and responsive to all SQ5 and we had an incredible buying experience from start to finish. He was professional (both over the phone and in person) and responsive to all of our inquiries and questions whether they were by calls, text or e-mails - loved his enthusiasm and energy level. We also worked with Nolan Olson on all of the car’s tech features - he went over all of the features in the car, responded to all of our questions, connected my phone to the car’s system, made sure we were comfortable with everything and addressed all off our questions before driving the car off the lot. Both Alex and Nolan were great to work with and would certainly recommend both of them to others. We drove down from Syracuse, NY to pick up this car and we would certainly considering buying from this dealer in the future - well worth the four hour drive (one way). More
